To lose fat is nothing but about cutting away calories

Calorie is virtually a taboo for dieters. Remember Calories in < Calories out = Weight LOSS.

In this world, there is only one thing edible which has ZERO calorie, and that is WATER

How can water help in weight loss?

Water serves as an appetite suppressant. Drinking water before meal help you feel full so that you won't be eating much later.

Drinking cold water spikes up your metabolism rate as the body needs to convert it to the body temperature.

Water helps to tone muscle. When your muscle is dehydrated of water, no matter how hard and frequent your cardio training is, you will still not see any toning. So increase your consumption of water especially before and after workout.

Water encourages proper liver function. Our liver is a major organ which metabolizes fat; without efficiency of water intake, the fat-burning process will be slowed down and subsequently fat will be stored.

Water helps in curbing bloating problem. Our tummy suffers from bloating normally due to indigestion and other health problems; with increase/efficiency of water intake, our digestive system will be working smoothly and this translates into no bloating and flatter stomach.

Water helps to avoid carving confusion. When you are thirsty, it is easy for you to fall in the confusion of hunger.

Water flushes the toxin stored out of the body. With healthier body and fresher mind, then only will you be energetic enough to have a good workout performance.

Can lemon help to flatten stomach?

Since drinking water brings numerous benefits in weight loss, can lemon juice be a catalyst? The answer is YES! Lemon helps to lower the absorption of sugar due to its acidic content. If you are aggressive, you can even eat the peel of lemon.

Besides, scientific studies show that lemon accentuates acidity of digestive system and this translates into higher absorption of calcium from meals inside the fat cells. With more calcium content in the fat cell, the higher its efficiency to burn away fat.

How much water to drink per day?

We are probably be very familiar with the rule of "8-10 glasses of water per day". A recent study showed that if you consume plenty of fruits and vegetables in your daily meals, you may not require that much of water. Nonetheless, it is still commendable if you spread the intake of 8-10 glasses of water thoughout the day to make sure your body system is also smooth and fresh.

A lot of people have mistaken about the quantity over the quality. Many gulp down liters of water at one shot and do not continue drinking the rest of the way; this is highly not prohibited as the water will not be retained but urinated out.

Rest assured that we, human can have an intake of 15 liter of water every day. And it is an extremely rare case that drinking too much of water will cause hyponatremia (water intoxication); but do take in mind to consult doctor if you face any unusual symptoms after drinking plenty of water.

Water is not a MIRACLE in weight loss!

To be realistic, drinking lots of water will not scale you to the left for 5kg per night, but it is for sure a good way out to lose fat, not to mention that it brings dozens of health benefits.
